Day 1-3: Airport Pick-up from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation due to objective reasons (force majeure): If The Sun Tourist cancels the tour, they will refund the entire amount paid by the customer within 3 working days.

- Cancellation due to the customer's fault:

• 10 days or more before departure: 30% of the tour cost will be deducted.
• 5-10 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be deducted.
• 3-5 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost will be deducted.
• 0-3 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost will be deducted.

Refund Policy

- Refund due to tour cancellation: If the tour is canceled due to objective reasons, The Sun Tourist will refund the entire amount paid by the customer.

- No refund for services not used: Customers will not receive a refund for services not used during the tour.

Children's Policy

- Pricing for children:

• Children under 5 years old: Free of charge (sharing bed with parents).
• Children from 5 to 9 years old: 75% of the adult price (sharing bed with parents or extra bed).
• Children over 9 years old: 100% of the adult price.

Additional Notes

- Payment terms: A deposit of 50% of the tour cost is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to departure.

- Travel insurance: It is recommended that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations or interruptions.
