Refund & Condition



Customer will receive confirmation enough of tour information, payment, cancel or change
policy after your registration during 48 hours.



All trips require a deposit from 30% to 50% or 100% of the total amount depend on the service
you book for. The deposit will confirm your booking.



In case of cancelation, The Sun Tourist will not impose any charge as we always want the most
satisfy from our customers. However, there are some fees that may not be refundable such as
Bank fee, hotels, restaurants, transportation of our contractors.

There are several of cancelations. Depend on which type of
service and what is the reason of cancelations we will pass you all the cancelations policy.

All cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or Skype chat.



The Sun Tourist will refund in cash or transfer by Bank account as soon as we complete change
or cancel process.



The Sun Tourist will not take any responsibility in case of any loss, damage by customer.
Additional expenses incurred due to delays or postponement, accidents, inclement weather,
political restrictions or any other causes must be covered by the passengers. Passengers are
required to have full travel insurance covered. This insurance includes trip cancellation, medical
emergency evacuation, and other coverage. Airline schedule, train timetable and local conditions
may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, The Sun Tourist will endeavor to
substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.
